Privacy notice

Interim notice. Some details — including the responsible legal organisation, retention periods and a dedicated privacy contact — are still being confirmed and will be added once approved. Until then, this notice describes what the website actually does today.

Reading the site

This website does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers. Institutional content can be read without providing any personal information. The site is hosted by Lovable; its hosting provider may record standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the service.

Engagement form

The engagement form asks for your name, optional organisation, email address, area of interest and message, and your confirmation that you have read this notice. When you press "Send enquiry", this information is transmitted securely and stored in the Foundation's database, hosted with Supabase. Visitors cannot read submitted enquiries; access is limited to the Foundation's administrators.

Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold or shared for marketing. A formal retention period has not yet been set; until it is, you may ask for your enquiry to be deleted by sending a follow-up message through the same form.

External links and embedded services

The research library links to original sources on third-party websites, which have their own privacy practices. Foundation services delivered through the cartridge are operated separately and will carry their own notices where they process personal information.
